Our Training
Simply Training work with some of the largest healthcare providers, councils and NHS units in the UK, training over 1500 delegates covering 26 subject areas per year, as well as Leadership and Group Supervision sessions,
Many of our sessions are bespoke, customised to assist an oraganisation to provide the best level of Person Centered Care possible with an outstanding level of regulatory compliance that always exceeds the standards. We also run an open sequence of courses that cover the mandatory subjects often in community or voluntary sector settings on an open to attend basis, these are often subsidised to ensure availability for all family and community care givers. |

Chris Flounders Lead Trainer
A focused and professional trainer with experience with working with Child and Adult Care Services, specialising in bespoke training that is flexible, positive and relevant to the operational needs of the client and compliant with policy and legislation.

The foundation of Chris’s work is from working with front line Drug & Alcohol projects from concept to completion of Needle Exchanges, Street Level interventions, Rehab and Community Integration Projects, alongside Hidden Harm and Child Protection services. Latterly as a manager involved in policy and local legislation of complex community issues (Youth Engagement, Gang Involvement, Drug Deaths etc).
In recent years he has been involved with Young Peoples Peer Mentoring, Work Experience projects for Care Leavers and Community Mental Health initiatives, covering ASD, ADHD, BiPolar, BPD and Dementia care at home and social settings.
Chris began training in the Army and has been operating as a sole trader since leaving the military in 2000. Delivering between 120 – 150 sessions a year, constantly researching and ensuring information and techniques are up to date and interesting; he is committed to personal development, attending a minimum of 4 training courses a year, ensuring that he is qualified and experienced to deliver the most professional and effective session.
